We strive for our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, Amina’s Wonder Spice and Wonder Dates will accept the return or exchange of products subject to this returns policy.

An unwanted product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days provided:
• it is undamaged and unused, with original labels attached;
• it is in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and Not opened;
• it is complete and weights the same grammage or kiloage as stated on the packaging
• the cost for returning the product to us will be borne by you;
• the proof of purchases is forwarded to us via email

Please note, All items incorrectly ordered will not be refunded but can be exchanged provided you have a proof of purchase.

                    Gifts given to you by family or friends cannot be exchanged without proof of

                     Purchase (7 days policy applies).

With the returns of dates, Please note that dates in effectively a fruit and has to handled and treated as such, we will take the utmost care with handling and packaging; it is recommended that where stated “Cooler Box Required” please purchases one on our site.

If you are unsure of the type of dates that you are looking for, please send us a mail or call us first for assistance before ordering as we not are held liable for incorrectly ordered products.

Dates incorrectly stored by a customer will not be exchanged, Please follow storage instructions on the outer label of our dates box or punnet.   

Whilst Amina’s Wonder Spice and Wonder Dates will take all possible measures to ensure that fragile packages are safeguarded against breakage or damage before the courier collects your parcel. It will therefore be your responsibility to inspect your goods for any damages prior to accepting it from the courier company. Should your package contain damaged products, ensure that the damaged item/s is immediately returned to the courier company.
